02Our systems are older. Can AI still be useful?▾
Yes. If POS and scheduling data exist in some form, we work from there and connect what's needed. There is no need to replace your core systems before starting.
03How long and how much does a PoC take?▾
It depends on the area and scope, but a first PoC usually runs two to three months, with around six months to reach steady operation. We tailor a proposal to your situation.
04We're not sure staff on the floor will use it.▾
Adoption on the floor is part of how we work. We engage with store managers and supervisors and build training and operating routines together.
05How long until we see results?▾
Areas with quick decision cycles — scheduling, ordering — often show results in months. Menu revisions and overseas expansion typically need six to twelve months.
